PA/Administrator | £15 per hour

Particular to the post (may change)
- PA/Executive Assistant to the CEO [approx. 50% of time]
- Manage the CEO diary, travel and accommodation arrangements, ensuring effective use of their time and troubleshooting where necessary
- Provide additional admin support for the CEO, including support with the production of presentations, briefing papers, and reports, as required
- Facilitate arrangements for meetings involving the CEO, including managing room bookings and venues, catering, room preparation, and compiling and disseminating agenda and papers
- Occasionally attend internal or external meetings with the CEO, taking notes or minutes, producing and circulating timely and accurate action points and minutes, as appropriate
- If necessary, manage the CEO's e-mail account and post, providing a discreet and effective service, identifying urgent correspondence, and responding on behalf of the CEO when required
- Where attendance at events is delegated by the CEO, provide booking and travel support to the delegated individual.
- Ensure meetings are scheduled in diaries, manage the online group arrangement, ensure that relevant deadlines are shared, and support the meeting's forward looks.
- Ensure that the CRM is up to date with trustee details and used appropriately
- Provide support with accommodation and travel, where needed
- Admin support for the Governance Director and Governance team [approx. 25%]
- Provide administrative support to the Governance Director in their work
- Provide general administrative support for the Governance directorate, including record keeping, filing, organisation of team meetings etc
- Assist with some financial responsibilities, including raising POs, processing invoices, tracking spending, and processing expense claims
- Work with the OCE Manager with administrative support across staff engagement and wellbeing activities.
