Our client, a technology company based in Maidstone, is looking for a number of candidates on a temporary basis to assist their outbound customer service team with a large upgrade they are undertaking.
You must have experience using Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook and also previous experience with making a high volume of calls per day.
Your role will include calling existing clients and informing them about the upgrade that is taking place and arranging a follow-up call. There are currently over 3000 clients using this system so you will be required to make a large number of outbound calls daily.
The role will be initially for 6 weeks, but could be extended.
