£40,000 -£50,000

Hybrid Working - 3 days office- City

Are you a self-starter who works well in an autonomous & virtually paperless environment?

Our client, an innovative & growing fintech software company, is looking for a versatile operations manager to support the corporate operations in their London office ( 15 ). This is a chance for you to join an expanding team and take responsibility for implementing and updating critical processes to sustain the company's future growth.

This role is broad and diverse encompassing a blend of finance administration as we as operational and HR processes. The ideal candidate will have had some previous experience in a similar role, competency with systems such as SharePoint, office 365, and Notion, and a finance/accounting system such as Zero.

Day to day insight:

  • Manage company's day-to-day finance process, calculate, issue and track quotes, produce invoices for professional services and software reconcile accounts vs contracts and run monthly payroll forecast updates
  • Review VAT return
  • Act as the main point of contact for clients' procurement office
  • Record and manage office spending and budgets
  • Oversee office supplies and building maintenance
  • Develop and improve administration processes/ efficiencies
  • Plan company's event calendar and organise large client events
  • Coordinate hot-desking in the office
  • Provide admin support to leadership and commercial teams
  • Develop and implement HR policies
  • Maintain employee records
  • Oversee employee lifecycle - including recruitment, onboarding, induction, retention, training and offboarding
  • Liaise with an external HR consultant
  • Implement and promote diversity and inclusion policies
  • Handle employee relations and address issues to ensure the positive working environment


Salary will depend on experience.
