Our client, a global corporate HQ, is seeking a dynamic office & reception manager to organise and co-ordinate office operations and resources for their prestigious executive offices based in heart of the West End.
We are looking for a polished, hospitable, organised, and passionate leader who has previous experience of office and reception management in a busy, changeable, and modern office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills, an unflappable "can do" nature, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to the wider business. It is essential to have had previous supplier relationship experience, man management responsibilities, and a positive outlook.
This role although based on reception but has a wide reach across the office, which is very active, modern, and open plan, and will see you involved in all of the following:
- Reception management
- Office security / health and safety
- Contract and facilities management
- Communication and engagement
You will have line responsibility for one permanent member of staff and also agency contractors within the business.
