£35,000 - £40,000 (Circa and depending on experience)
Our client, a global corporate HQ, are seeking a dynamic Office and Reception Manager to organise and co-ordinate office operations and resources for their prestigious executive offices based in heart of the West End.
We are looking for a polished, hospitable, organised, and passionate leader who has previous experience of office and reception management in a busy, changeable, and modern office. The ideal candidate will be a self-starter with excellent communication skills , an unflappable "can do " nature, and the ability to deliver exceptional customer service to the wider business. It is essential to have had previous supplier relationship experience, man management responsibilities, and a positive outlook.
This role, although based on reception, has a wide reach across the office, which is very active, modern, open plan, and will see you involved in all of the following:
- Reception Management
- Office Security / Health and Safety
- Contract and Facilities Management
- Communication and Engagement
You will have line responsibility for one permanent member of staff and also agency contractors within the business.
