12-month Fixed Term Contract
Our client, an International Global Management consultancy with offices around the UK, is seeking an Office Operations Specialist to support the Office Operations Associate Manager in the delivery of services within the London offices. This role is pivotal in providing client-focused, value added service, demonstrating the highest level of customer services at all times.
Ideally, the candidate will have had strong client-facing experience, some proven project experience, and be familiar with supplier management. The role will see you building effective relationships with customers, and actively liaising with third-party suppliers and contractors to ensure provision of effective services as a basic requirement.
We are looking for a candidates who are extremely customer-focused, articulate communicators with exceptional interpersonal skills, and who have the capability to work proactively, creating solutions and all with a positive outlook.
