Our client is a fast-growing tech firm with state-of-the-art offices and a fun, collegiate culture that offers amazing perks, social events, and opportunities for growth and development.
They are recruiting for an experienced Office manager to drive the culture forward and act as a key lynchpin across the business, ensuring that the working environment is a positive one and that visitors to the building receive an exceptional welcome.
Based on reception, you will work closely with the C-suite team to act as the point of contact for the following tasks:
- Facilities management- building strong relationships with the building management and external contractors to ensure any problems are sorted quickly and effectively
- Event management- organising fun and slick events for the employees to maintain positive morale
- Organising any internal office moves, ensuring that new starters have the appropriate equipment
- Ensuring that procurement of office supplies is run effectively, negotiation of new contracts with potential suppliers
- Budget management- all things office management related.
- Managing the office supplies stocks, and liaising with external suppliers.
- Assisting the Executive Assistant to the CEO with overflow administrative tasks
The ideal Office manager will have relevant experience in a similar company culture and will have an "above and beyond" mentality. They are looking for a confident and positive personality who loves to take ownership of their role and is not precious about more mundane tasks.
This is the "go-to" person who will have visibility across this exciting business, so the ability to build relationships at every level is essential. Similar fast-paced sectors are preferred.
