Office Manager / Personal Assistant
Are you an experienced Office Manager looking for an exciting opportunity in a rapidly expanding property firm?
Our client is a well-funded offshoot of an international construction firm and they are set for exceptional growth and are already making a name for themselves in this competitive sector.
They need an experienced Office Manager/ PA with broad experience of supporting at Director level, dealing with HR duties such as liaison with external HR suppliers, and who can set up supplier relationships.
Assisting the COO and CEO, you will get involved in some PA support, but will act as the lynchpin in the office in ensuring all of the administrative functions are running smoothly.
The ideal candidate will definitely have done a similar role previously and will be looking for the next opportunity to drive the business forward. This role would suit a polished and commercially-aware Office Manager who wants to get involved, an who has experience in either the construction, Oil and Gas, Logistics, or Security sector ideally.
