Office/Facilities Manager

£30,000 - £35,000 + bonus

Are you an experienced office manager with some exposure to supplier negotiation and facilities to assist in the growth of this mid-size tech firm that is one of the "Sunday Times Top 100 Companies to work for"?

You will ensure that the office runs smoothly, liaise with the building manager, have responsibility for Health and Safety, deal with procurement for office supplies, arrange cover for the receptionist, attend inductions, and many other projects as the company grows.

This is a very busy role where the ideal Office / Facilities manager must have prior experience in a fast-paced culture. You should have previous exposure in negotiating contracts, workspace planning, and strong health and safety knowledge.
