Office Coordinator / Office manager - Media
One of the UK's fastest growing media companies is looking for a well organised and resourceful assistant to aid the daily running their office.
They will move to stunning new offices and this will be an exciting time for the 50 (growing) employees. The role will involve ensuring the office runs smoothly, liaising with suppliers, some PA support, organising events, updating HR information, website administration and any other projects.
You will act as the lynchpin within the team, ensuring that the workplace needs are met and that any admin requirements are dealt with.
This would suit someone hoping to build on either a PA or Office management career.
