Job Description

Our client is a leading wealth management firm and they are looking for an office coordinator to join their established organisation.

Their clients are predominantly HNWIs so the successful candidate will be articulate, credible, and able to be client-facing at the drop of a hat.

This position is an excellent role for someone at the beginning of their administration career who is looking to learn and build on their existing skills.

LOCATION IS KEY FOR THIS ROLE - YOU MUST BE ESSEX-BASED AND HAVE A FULL DRIVING LICENSE AND VEHICLE TO BE SHORTLISTED.

Duties will include:

  • Extensive email and inbox management
  • Managing expenses
  • Managing client meetings, and arranging conferences
  • Ad hoc monthly administration

Ideally, you will have worked previously worked within finance, however this is desirable and not essential.
