We are currently looking for a motivated self-starter to join our client as an Office Coordinator.
This is a really varied position that will help you develop your skills if you would like to work towards a high level role within administration. Within this role, you will be the first point of contact for all clients, manage meeting rooms, and take ownership of all office management duties. You will work closely with the Office Manager and assist them with their workload whilst offering support to managers.
You will also be responsible for managing the company social events, like celebration dinners and Christmas and summer parties!
This is such a fantastic varied role that would really help you develop the skills to have a fantastic career! It would suit a candidate with a minimum of 6 months' experience in a professional office setting who is looking for the next step. You will need to have a good grasp of IT, Microsoft skills, and a positive, can-do attitude!
