Our client, a Serviced Office provider with offices across the UK, require an immediately available Office Assistant for their office in Victoria.

Working from their vibrant and modern offices, the Office Assistant will be the first point of contact for all clients and internal stakeholders, ensuring they receive a 5* service.
Your duties will include: ensuring meeting rooms are safe and welcoming, managing outgoing post; providing cover for Reception when required, which will include meeting and greeting visitors and answering and transferring telephone calls; processing catering orders; dealing with client requests; carrying out administrative duties; issuing security passes; and assisting with sales enquiries and viewings.
The idea candidate will possess customer service experience, both face-to-face and via telephone.
