Office Assistant

6-month contract

Our client, a leading Accountancy firm based in the City, is currently recruiting for a filing and archiving administrator to join their team. This is a varied role in a supportive team environment. As the filing and archiving administrator, your duties will include:

  • Filing and archiving
  • Manually moving files and boxes
  • Updating Excel spreadsheets
  • Ordering stationary
  • Undertaking reprographics
  • Postal duties
  • General admin duties

The perfect candidate will have previous office assistant / reprographic experience, ideally in the professional services. You must be well-presented, flexible, and have strong communication skills.
