Marketing manager - Insurance
Maternity contract 9 months
To £61,000 inclusive of £6,000 car allowance (pro-rata'd)
An international insurance firm is looking for a team focussed marketing manager to complete a 9 month maternity contract which will commence in June.
You will head up a small team of 2 executives and will implement the marketing strategy and act as a key liaison within the business. The key remit will be to:
Manage the development and delivery across digital and offline channels
Manage the brand identity and all communications
Motivate and manage any training needs for the team
Analyse the data from the campaigns running
Look after the marketing budget and produce reports on expenditure
Organise events and liaise with external stakeholders
The ideal marketing manager will be qualified to degree level and will have worked in professional services, ideally insurance. People management skills are essential for the role.
You should have experience working with the full marketing mix (competencies in design (Adobe), web management, social media management, data and analytics, brand management etc) as well as someone who has experience of internal communications.
Although there will be some strategic elements, this is a very hands-on role.
