Marketing Coordinator | £15.00-£16.00 per hour (Salary is Dependent on Experience)
Ongoing Temporary (Possible Temp-Perm) | Office-Based | Full-Time
Our client, a successful property company, is looking for a dynamic Marketing Coordinator to work closely with the Marketing Team, communicating internal requirements for each development site whilst supporting the office teams.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assisting in the planning, creation, and implementation of all marketing campaigns.
- Liaising daily with the Sales & Marketing Manager to ensure they have all the required marketing collateral.
- Conduct regular site visits to ensure the quality of signage graphics.
- Liaising with the Team Leader and Design Agencies to coordinate launch and press events.
- Creating and delivering business presentations for external and internal use.
- Arranging and coordinating development photography (when required)
- Coordinating the transport of brochures and sales materials to overseas exhibitions.
- Overseeing the raising of purchase orders, new supplier forms, and cheque payment requests.
- Providing other ad-hoc administrative duties to support the Marketing Team and office.
Personal Specification:
- A Degree in Marketing (or similar).
- Have proven proficiency with using Adobe Photoshop, InDesign, and Illustrator.
- Have 1-2 years of marketing experience within the Property or Professional Services industry.
- Have a passion for working in the Property Industry.
- Have proven outstanding written and verbal communication skills.
- Have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment as well as work efficiently when meeting tight deadlines.
- Have stakeholder management experience.
Salary/pay rate is dependent on experience.
