The team works to enhances the visitor experience, and the diverse range of activities means that consistent branding and effective marketing is vital. This is a support and administrative role, working closely with the Head of Marketing in the implementation of the marketing strategy. You will be involved in developing customer knowledge, loyalty, and ensuring the customer is at the heart of all activity. You will contribute to PR activities, marketing communications, as well as the development of marketing collateral.
- Support the development, implementation, and monitoring of Marketing and Communication, including internal and external communications.
- Handle marketing enquiries from internal and external sources.
- Support brand representation: keeping on tone across all activity and across all platforms.
- Customer loyalty.
- Support best practice and professional liaison.
It is essential that all candidates must have a degree in Marketing and will have worked in a Marketing role previously since leaving university. Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office are essential.
