We are recruiting for a fantastic role within a vibrant, fun but busy office environment working for an online brand that specialises in the sale of designer fashion brands! Our client is looking for a high-calibre logistics coordinator to join their team. The role requires a passionate, self-motivated and highly ambitious individual to provide strong administration support.
As the logistics coordinator, you will be managing invoices, working with the buying team to resolve back order issues and administration for the post-sale process. You will be liaising with suppliers who are located all around Europe, therefore strong communication skills is key. You must be advanced in Excel, including v-lookups and formulas (candidates will be tested).
The perfect candidate will have excellent telephone skills, advanced skills in Microsoft office, be extremely diligent, and have strong organisation skills. You must have a 'can do' and pro-active attitude and the flexibility to adapt in fast-paced working environment.
This role would suit someone who has had previous experience in a similar position and is looking to develop their administration skills whilst gaining valuable businesses knowledge, specifically in the post-sale production process in fashion.
