Our client is an award-winning construction company and they are looking for a Recruitment Manager who has experience in managing a high volume of vacancies with proven success in using direct sourcing methods, passionate about using data metrics to drive performance, with the ability to build relationships with people of all levels.
The Ideal Recruitment Manager should be currently operating at Recruitment Manager Level or with demonstrable recruitment background with the knowledge of managing the end-to-end recruitment process and are looking to take the next step within a fast-paced commercial environment.
This is a hands-on leadership position partnering with hiring managers to understand the uniqueness of their requirements, ensuring roles are fully scoped, and to agree the most effective and cost-efficient attraction and selection strategy.
The ideal candidate will be a team player with excellent stakeholder management skills who possesses a "can do attitude".
