Internal Recruitment Coordinator / HR Administrator

City of London (near Bank, Monument, Liverpool Street Station)

Job Description:

  • Supporting the HR Manager with any administration
  • Booking and scheduling interviews with line managers
  • Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
  • Extensive diary management
  • Sending out contracts for new starters
  • Ensuring that inductions and appraisals are organised
  • Organising events for the team
  • Answering the phones and taking messages

  • Proven experience in a support position
