Location: Central London
Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum
- Supporting the HR Manager with any administration
- Booking and scheduling interviews with line managers
- Booking and coordinating meeting rooms
- Extensive diary management
- Sending out contracts for new starters
- Ensuring that inductions and appraisals are organised
- Organising events for the team
- Answering the phones and taking messages
Skills and Personal Attributes:
- Organised, reliable, and hard-working
- Great team player, positive, and enthusiastic
- Proven experience in a support position
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
