Our client, a Global Management Consultancy is looking for someone with internal recruitment experience who is more of a generalist to join their busy and growing team.
This would be to cover across Corporate Functions, Operations and Interactive so you will need to be flexible. Experience recruting senior legal roles will be an advantage!
You will perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements,liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved openpositions in alignment with business objectives.
You could have anything from 15 - 30 roles at any one time, and you will liaise with multiple stakeholders on a daily basis, so communication is key. Extensive use of all job boards , and LinkedIn Recruiter is key for this position.
