Our client, a Global Management Consultancy is looking for someone with internal recruitment experience who is more of a generalist to join their busy and growing team.
The role works across Corporate Functions, Operations and Interactive, so you will need to be flexible.
You will perform end-to-end recruitment in line with client requirements, liaising with hiring managers, HR and business to fill approved open positions in alignment with business objectives.
- Experience recruiting senior legal roles will be an advantage.
- Excellent communication is paramount, as you may be working on 15 - 30 roles at any time, and you will liaise with multiple stakeholders daily.
- Extensive experience using job boards, including LinkedIn Recruiter, is key for this position.
