Our client, a Real Estate company in Central London, is looking for a Payroll and Benefits Manager to join their Team on an immediate basis.
The successful candidate will liaise closely with third-party service providers and European HCM to ensure payroll for several EU regions. You will prepare monthly variance analysis and review outputs from third-party payroll service providers; ensuring sufficient funding, accounting reconciliations, and liaising with Tax Advisors regarding expatriate tax matters.
You will also be required to ensure all employee requests for benefits are processed accurately and in accordance with HMRC and EU tax authorities, preparing annual UK P11D forms, and submissitting them to HMRC along with other duties.
The favourable candidate will have a proven ability to manage European payrolls and will be familiar with local payroll legislation especially in UK, France, Germany, and Luxembourg.
