Digital Researcher urgently required for a Global Management Consultancy in the City of London.
Ideally, you will have a background within social or behavioural sciences (Psychology, Sociology, Anthropology) and a solid understanding of qualitative research methods and main design research techniques.
The combination of these two factors and a minimum of two years' experience within a design research or behavioural research role will enable the successful candidate to carry out primary research with end users/members of the public through 1:1 interviews, usability testing, observational and persona research, and concept testing.
Your ultimate goal will be end-to-end delivery of research projects; defining objects and approach, carrying out the fieldwork, debriefing, and reporting. You will also be the support function for other Researchers and Designers within the team; mentoring through research methods and providing training where necessary.
