InDesign Administrator / Brand Manager - City of London
This is an incredible opportunity for someone who has excellent administration skills, excellent attention to detail, creativity, and the ability to work on large documents.
Location: City of London (Bank Station)
Hours: 09:00am - 05:30pm / early finish on a Friday

- Working on branding for the company, using InDesign
- Working on new contracts and tenders for the business
- Working closely with the director on new bids ensuring that the proposals look great and the content is accurate
- Managing artwork and design for new proposals
- Coordinate the bid team
- Keeping track of the bids and new proposals
- Providing admin support to the team
Skills and personal attributes:
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
- Experience using InDesign
- Creative and admin skills
- Great team player and happy to get stuck in with new projects
