HR Business Partner
£60,000-70,000 + excellent benefits
An innovative and high growth insurance firm is seeking a HR Business partner with a commercial and ambitious mindset to join their collaborative and diverse team.
Their business has 300 employees across Europe (50 in London) and plans to double that through acquisitions in the next 2 years. Their culture is a combination of an Insurance/ Fintech/ Private equity sectors, dynamic and entrepreneurial, yet still adhering to processes within their highly regulated industry.
This will initially be a standalone HR role in London however you will feel very much a part of the HR cluster of 5, working on projects together and ensuring that everyone feels part of the wider HR strategy.
Reporting to the Senior BP based in Ireland, you will be extremely hands-on, implementing a wide range of projects and initiatives whilst acting as the key point of contact for issues around policies and procedures, recruitment, culture, onboarding and payroll.
As the company grows, you may need to recruit additional HR support but initially, you should have the capacity to deal with a highly generalist role and work closely with the Country manager to build the culture and ensure that the company is adapting and thriving in the new working methods which have arisen out of the pandemic.
The ideal candidate will be someone who has worked in a company that has expanded through acquisition and who is confident devising new systems and policies, where they previously they did not exist. You must be a genuine problem-solver with superb HR knowledge (ideally fully CIPD qualified) and will be looking for an exciting opportunity where you can make an impact.
You will be capable of rolling out new initiatives but equally, you will be comfortable sending out offer letters and liaising with external providers. This is not a company full of big egos!
