£26,000 - 30000 + free lunch and excellent benefits
West end (Hybrid working)

Our client is an international luxury casino that has moved into an exciting corporate diversification strategy which in the next 12 months will lead to it operating in sectors including eCommerce, Online Gambling, Travel & Concierge services, Technology development and Consultancy services.

The overall purpose of the role will be to ensure the development and delivery of an efficient and effective Human Resources administrative service to the HR team that will support the business strategies. This role will be generalist in terms of the remit of the work & will be the main referral point for HR Administration and general employee queries.
The role involves:

* Provide an accurate and timely administrative service for new starters and leavers, including preparation of contracts, ensuring correct data input into the HR systems.
* To adhere to standards for general housekeeping of the office. Responsible for the upkeep/maintenance of employment files and ensuring all filing is done regularly and according to standards.
* To support the HR team with generalist HR support as required, to include support in employment relations, exit interviews and other support as requested.
* Support HRPBs with all aspects of recruitment to include liaising with agencies/candidates, arranging interviews, and ensuring accurate records are maintained.
* Issue offer letters for new starters; contracts of employment / starter packs in preparation for their first day in the business; take up references & follow through on all documentation; track probation periods, alerting the HR Business Partner (HRBP) and follow up with appropriate documentation
* To support HRBPs to prepare information system reports. To assist with the HR month-end HR reports in an accurate and timely manner and in an appropriate format for the HR team ready for the Board meeting.
* To coordinate the preparation of all employee contractual documentation including staff changes and staff leaver interview documentation.

The ideal candidate will have entry level CIPD or equivalent as a minimum and will have some experience in HR.

This is an exciting placed to work and will have the hybrid working model. Please note the hours of work are 10am - 6pm.
