Our client is a leading premium make-up and skin care brand with their head office based in the West End. Due to continuous success and growth of the business, they are now looking for a credible and ambitious HR Coordinator to support the HR Manager across all elements of the HR function.
The successful candidate will work closely with all departments and will be responsible for all first-line employee relation enquiries. They will be responsible for all the documentation for the employee life cycle and will help with the recruitment process where needed.
You will work very closely with the HR Manager and will have exposure to ad hoc projects.
The ideal candidate will be of graduate calibre and ideally be CIPD-qualified or at least working towards it. You will need a minimum of 1 year's experience as an understanding of Employee Relations and basic Employment Law is essential.
