Location: Waterloo (SE1)

Salary Expectation: £33,000 - £36,000 per annum

We are currently seeking a HR Officer for an incredible charity based near Southwark (SE1). This is an ethical, professional, and friendly charity. This is a 12-month FTC, and is a great opportunity if you are passionate about getting into the charity sector.

Job description:

  • This is a very generalist role providing advice across all areas
  • Ensuring that all the policies and procedures are up to date and correct
  • Overseeing recruitment for the organisation
  • Composing monthly reports for recruitment
  • Responsible for L&D and implementing new procedures
  • Advising on all ER cases
  • Managing and supporting two HR administrators

Skills and personal attributes:

  • Must have strong knowledge of UK employment law
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Personable, hard-working, and reliable
