Our client, a Global Management Consultancy, is looking for a HR Career Advisor to join their team on a temporary basis until mid-January 2018.
Working alongside the Talent Supply Chain team, you will be providing support to the employees in a Resource Pool on an ongoing basis.
You will be responsible for undertaking the critical set of processes that help to identify and propose the right talent from a resource pool, and be responsible for managing/monitoring aggregate level productivity targets. The aim is to balance finding the right assignment to support individual skills, career development, and preferences while also ensuring that all client demand and targets are met.
The ideal candidate will have previous HR career development experience, excellent communication skills, and an understanding of current demand and sourcing options.
