Our client is a leading Philanthropic foundation whose grants and programmes help towards building inclusive and vibrant democracies across 120 countries around the world. Our HR team has over 60 members worldwide and this role will be a regional role based in London.
We are looking for an established HR Business Partner who will provide organisation Hr support to the team of HR Partners based in London. You will provide support on our global initiatives, global HR projects and Hr related work that may arise from the programmes and departments that the HRP's support. Reporting into the Director, Global HR Partnerships, you will collaborate closely with global HR subject matter experts and with the local HR Operations teams to execute HR global programmes.
We are looking for an established HR professional who has worked previously within a complex, ideally global organisational structure. We need a proactive, robust but empathetic professional who is resourceful and can help navigate through a period of immense structural / organisational change.
This would suit a "thinker" who is strategic but is also hands on and practical in their approach . The key focus around the role will be
