HR Business Partner - £35,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join a well-established Rail company.
The HR Business Partner will work directly with the managers in the south east region, supporting them in all areas of people management and organisational change. This is a regional role and will require weekly travel to Essex, as well as regular travel across South East London.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging and influencing managers in the interpretation and implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.
- Supporting managers in addressing high volumes of casework, including performance management, absence management, and dispute resolution.
- HR generalist experience gained within a complex organisation.
- Strong background in employee relations.
