HR Business Partner - £35,000
A fantastic opportunity has arisen for an HR Business Partner to join a well-established Rail company.
The HR Business Partner will work directly with the managers in the south-east region supporting them in all areas of people management and organisational change. This is a regional role and will require weekly travel to Essex, as well as regular travel across South East London.
Key responsibilities will include:
- Engaging and influencing managers in the interpretation and implementation of HR-related policies and procedures.
- Supporting managers in addressing high volumes of casework, including performance management, absence management, and dispute resolution.
- HR generalist experience gained within a complex organisation.
- Strong background in employee relations.
