Our client, a luxury retailer, are looking for an entry-level HR Assistant to join their busy and friendly team. You will act as the first point of contact for all HR queries, therefore having the ability to effectively communicate, handle challenging conversations, and provide customer-focused solutions is essential.
The role will be responsible for our retail HR admin, where at least 75% of the role is pure admin for starters, leavers, and changes of contracts, but you will get involved in other HR tasks, such as note taking in disciplinaries, sickness absence, and the maternity/paternity process.
This role reports to the HRBP, who is out the office a big chunk of the time, therefore this person needs to have proven HR Assistant experience.
The ideal client will have retail or similar experience in a HR role.
