Location: City of London

Salary Expectation: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum + bonus

Job Description:

  • Being the main point of contact for my HR queries or questions
  • Running the day-to-day operations for employee inductions, performance, and training
  • Ensuring the directors have regular appraisals with the staff
  • Heading up the recruitment process with the director
  • Ensuring the smooth running of the office
  • Managing the receptionist and delegating workload

Skills and personal attributes:

  • Proven all-round HR and Office Manager experience
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Friendly, calm under pressure, and a good team player
