Location: City of London
Salary Expectation: £32,000 - £40,000 per annum + bonus
- Being the main point of contact for my HR queries or questions
- Running the day-to-day operations for employee inductions, performance, and training
- Ensuring the directors have regular appraisals with the staff
- Heading up the recruitment process with the director
- Ensuring the smooth running of the office
- Managing the receptionist and delegating workload
Skills and personal attributes:
- Proven all-round HR and Office Manager experience
- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
- Friendly, calm under pressure, and a good team player
