HR and Recruitment Administrator - APPLY NOW!

Location: Battersea, London.

Salary: £25,000 - £28,000 per annum

Job description:

  • Supporting the HR Manager with all administration
  • Booking and scheduling interviews with managers and agencies
  • Processing new starter contracts
  • Responsible for the on-boarding process of new starters
  • Ensuring that employee details are up to date and accurate
  • Screening CVs for roles and submitting job descriptions
  • Providing admin support for the recruitment team
  • Ensuring that employees have the right to work / compliance admin
  • Managing the sickness and holiday for all employees

Skills and experience specification:

  • Excellent administration skills, with good attention to detail
  • Organised with ability to prioritise workload
  • Good communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Excellent team player with ability to work autonomously and demonstrate initiative
  • Good working knowledge of MS office packages
