The HR Administrator is responsible for maintaining day-to-day HR activities and being focused as required within the business to work in partnership with local management. You will be required to maintain HR polices and procedures, record keeping, recruitment and selection, and employee management.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication skills, good attention to detail, a good education, the ability to take ownership and work on your own initiative, and experience providing administrative support to a HR function.
