Salary to £40,000 + bonus and benefits
Our client is a global investments firm that is undergoing rapid expansion in their UK office of around 90 staff.
A newly created role has arisen as part of the Operations team, supporting in all areas of Human Resources and in time, growing the role to align with the company's strategy.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with international relocation (visas, travel arrangements, healthcare, accommodation, holistic smooth support with location transition).
- Helping to manage the firm's staff annual leave system, e-days.
- Assisting with the London office floor plans and desk/office moves.
- General HR communication and implementation including staff address changes, benefits, salary sacrifice and pension update letters, organisation charts, filing and administering health care, and insurances.
At any one time, the London office will have an average of 5-10 interviews being arranged across different time zones, therefore you will have the ability to liaise at senior level and with external stakeholders in terms of getting them confirmed.
Whilst this is predominantly an HR role, the ideal candidate will have a team mentality and may get pulled into other projects, so flexibility and a 'can do' attitude are key to this company.
