Salary to £40,000 + bonus and benefits
Our client is a global investments firm that is undergoing rapid expansion in their UK office of around 90 staff.
A newly created role has arisen as part of the small HR team, supporting in all areas of Human Resources and in time, growing the role to align with the company's strategy.
Duties will include:
- Assisting with international relocation (visas, travel arrangements, healthcare, accommodation, holistic smooth support with location transition).
- Helping to manage the firm's staff's annual leave system, edays.
- Dealing with HR queries as a first point of contact.
- General HR communication and implementation including staff address changes, benefits, salary sacrifice and pension update letters, organisation charts, filing, and administering healthcare and insurances.
At any one time, the London office will have an average of 5-10 interviews being arranged across different time zones, therefore you will have the ability to liaise at senior level and with external stakeholders in terms of getting them confirmed.
Whilst this is predominantly a HR role, the ideal candidate will genuinely have a team mentality and may get pulled into other projects, therefore flexibility and a "can do" attitude are key to this company.
