Head of Customer Services
Salary to £45,000
Love Success are delighted to be working with an established fin-tech organisation in central London to recruit a Head of Customer Services on a permanent basis.
Managing two departments of around 11 employees, the Head of Customer Services will have overall day-to-day responsibility of the Customer Services and Sales Support departments and provide leadership and direction to the departmental supervisors.
Typical responsibilities will include: ensuring KPIs and SLAs are met; reporting of daily, weekly, and monthly performance; overseeing recruitment and selection for the departments; promotion and management of continuous improvement; ensuring ongoing training and development is given delivered to direct reports and their teams; and handling complex customer enquiries and complaints.
The ideal candidate will have experience of managing a customer services or sales support team within a busy environment and have held a position of responsibility at management level.
