Our client, a financial investment firm, is looking for a highly organised assistant to support two busy finance partners in the marketing process for fundraising projects, and helping to organise both the office and team. The diverse nature of this role would suit candidates who are confident, engaging, organised, and able to work flexibility to meet and exceed ever-changing priorities. This role would be ideal for a graduate-calibre candidate with an interest in the industry and "all star "interpersonal and communication skills.
We are ideally seeking candidates who have had some experience in a similar role, working in a professional and client-facing environment. Great communication skills are a must, and we are hoping for someone who is excited and interested in joining such a role where personal growth and development comes over time.
- Diary management
- Marketing email campaigns to investors
- Organising complex travel itineraries for external clients and internal sales team
- Organising the logistics of events and roadshows
- Helping to compile sales briefings and pre-meeting research / research
- Organising meetings with fund managers
- Providing robust team assistance where needed
We are ideally look for candidates who have at least 1-2 years' experience in a similar role.
