Job Description

Our client, a global Management Consultancy, is supporting a banking firm by recruiting multiple Remediation Case Handlers/Complaint Handlers for an immediate 3-month project.

These roles will be fully remote opportunities for 3 months. You will work a 35-40-hour week, Monday to Friday at a day rate of £122.23 PAYE, accruing holiday pay equivalent to 33 days from day one.

What experience are we looking for?

  • Remediation Case Handlers / Complaint Handlers (PPI experience would be perfect)
  • Some level of verbal (telephone) customer contact, mainly inbound or updating customers on the status of case experience.
  • Previous experience in investigating what redress is due and updating a templated final response letter for a customer.
  • Being able to follow a process and prebuilt calculator.
  • Banking sector experience.
