Our client is looking for a front of house co-ordinator / PA with great diary management skills. This is an extremely varied role that involves front of house as well an element of PA duties.
You will be situated on reception, playing an important role within the company as the first point of contact for all of their clients attending the offices. Please note, this isn't a general receptionist position as the successful candidate will play an important part in running the directors diaries and on occasions attending events. The ideal person will be sociable, great at networking, and have a keen interest in the company and its values.
- Booking and managing meeting rooms
- Hosting and organising events
- Processing expenses
- Meeting and greeting and directing guests
- Managing travel and diaries - covering hotels, travel, and itineraries
- Providing any other additional support as required by the director.
