PA with Marketing and Events

We are recruiting for a really exciting position working for a Global Luxury brand as a PA. Due to the nature of the role and what the company does, your role will involve organising and coordinating all events and with this comes PR and marketing. This is a fantastic role, as it's a busy and fast-paced environment but also rewarding.
If you have Marketing and Events experience, are a really strong and organised administrator, and don't mind looking after two great directors, then this might be the role for you. Equally, if you are an experienced PA with lots of experience organising high profile events, then this is perfect for you!
The role involves dealing with a lot of HNWIs, so you need to be professional, articulate, and used to being client-facing. You will be assisting two directors with arranging meetings and travels, but also in managing the CRM, dealing with invoices and clients follow-up, organising events in the UK and abroad, and dealing with all suppliers, logistics, and accounting.
We are looking for the following:
- PA experience of at least 2 years
- Experience in luxury industry
- Fluent in English and French
- Excellent multi-tasker
- Proactivity and reactivity are essential together with great communication skills.
