Do you have experience in a facilities department? Our accountancy client is looking for a confident and proactive facilities assistant to join their friendly team.
Your duties will be to provide:
- 1st line support for printers, coffee machines, and water coolers, etc.
- Helping to maintain the meeting room suite, including 1st line support of technology.
- Cover for catering/lunch orders where appropriate i.e. to cover absences or high workloads.
- Dealing with incoming post organisation and ensuring distribution in a timely manner.
- Franking of outgoing mail.
- Arranging courier/special deliveries and where deliveries go beyond the M25, liaising with couriers direct and advising employees of delivery time/date and costing.
- Accepting incoming deliveries e.g. catering, stationery, IT equipment, and ensuring these are delivered to the addressee in a timely manner.
