Up to £40,000 pro-rata for a 36-hour week
Are you looking for an exciting role with leaders in the theatre industry?
Our client is the small but extremely successful London office of an international theatre group and they need an EA superstar to support two busy directors whilst running the office.
Duties will range from international diary and travel management tp liaising with a wide range of contacts across the territories, organising tickets and guests for shows, drafting meetings and agendas for the stakeholders, through to running the office in terms of supplies, IT troubleshooting, and acting as a first point of contact for visitors.
Other duties will be to work on PowerPoint presentations, look after the holiday tracker, and deal with online research for the directors.
The ideal EA will have proven experience in a similar role (arts or entertainment is preferred) and any Dutch or German language skills would be an added bonus. You should be an exceptional communicator, confident on all levels, and used to dealing with confidential information.
As the directors travel extensively, you must be comfortable working in a small office and will therefore be a real self-starter who can work autonomously.
A passion for theatre would be a bonus as you will get free tickets for all of the London West End shows!
(Ideally the client is looking for an early March start date to ensure a handover.)
