An innovative and high growth insurance firm is seeking an Executive Assistant with a commercial and proactive mindset to support 4 Board members and to join their collaborative and diverse team.
Their business has 300 employees across Europe (60 in London) and plans to double that through acquisitions in the next 2 years. Their culture is a combination of Insurance/ Fintech/ Private equity sectors, dynamic and entrepreneurial, yet still adhering to processes within their highly regulated industry.
This will be diary heavy with some European travel to arrange. In addition, there will be some Office management responsibilities in terms of liaising with suppliers and onboarding new members of the team.
Based in stunning offices in the heart of the City, the EA can avail of their flexible working policy and can work from home for 1-2 days a week.
The ideal candidate will have proven EA experience at senior level in financial or professional services and will be used to anticipating needs and challenges for the Board, whilst demonstrating exceptional levels of confidentiality and professionalism.
