This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Executive Assistant to join a leading not for profit firm based in the West End. As the Executive Assistant, you will provide highly effective, professional, proactive, and reliable support on all administration matters.
You will be required to organise meetings and also record and produce minutes. You will have confidence in dealing with senior internal and external stakeholders and in building internal relationships. You will be able to exercise judgement in ensuring confidentiality of the business of the Directors you support and the Senior Management Team.
The perfect candidate will have excellent writing and verbal communication skills, and be a highly motivated self-starter able to work independently or as part of a team. You must be able to prioritise your work and you will be expected to work on a wide variety of inward and external facing tasks and have excellent programme and diary management skills. In addition, you will have excellent interpersonal skills, be able to communicate across all levels with sound presentation skills, and have a flexible approach to your work.
