Our client, a Global Accountancy firm based in the heart of the City, is looking for an Event Coordinator to join their busy marketing team.
Running between 3 and 5 events per week, this position is a fast-paced and varied role that requires excellent attention to detail. Each event could have between 10 to 200 people attending and ranges from Seminars to Away Days to Breakfast and Dinners.
The ideal candidate will have minimum 2 years' experience working with a corporate organisation and running internal and external events. Exposure to CRM systems is a must. You will be confirming numbers, liaising with venues, negotiating rates, as well as being the face of the company on event days.
