An amazing opportunity for an Events and Conference Coordinator based in the City of London (near Monument). This is an amazing role for someone organised, strong communication skills, and personable!

Salary: £22,000 - £24,000 per annum

Contract: Permanent

Job Description:

  • Coordinating multiple conference rooms, and dealing with multiple clients.
  • Coordinating events, and ensuring the caterers are on time and venues are arranged.
  • Providing exceptional customer service to all clients.
  • Meeting and greeting attendees.
  • Scheduling and booking conference rooms, ensuring nothing is double-booked.
